Review how shipment details, charges and service scope fit together before comparing offers.

Collection, receiving, agreed packing, export documentation and origin handling.

International freight

Ocean or air freight, applicable surcharges and any agreed transfer arrangements.

Destination charges

Terminal or handling costs, clearance, duties / taxes and any final delivery, according to the written scope.

How the quotation is built

  • FCL: container type, quantity, weight, route and included origin / destination services.
  • LCL: cargo volume / weight, handling minimums and consolidation / deconsolidation charges.
  • Air: actual and dimensional weight, chargeable weight, product acceptance, route and minimum charges.
  • Consolidation: collection from each supplier, receiving, storage and any specifically agreed repacking.

Check these points before booking

  • Quotation currency, validity and payment timing.
  • Included services, exclusions and the exact handover point.
  • Estimated departure / arrival windows and the documents needed.
  • Which charges may arise from storage, delays, customs inspection, changes or missed collection.
  • Whether cargo insurance, packing, clearance or door delivery has been requested and explicitly included.

Ask about optional services

Insurance arrangements, packing / reinforcement, destination clearance and delivery can be discussed for your cargo and route. Ask for availability, scope and charges to be confirmed before relying on them.
